They’re a steal at $29! It makes the bundles worthwhile even if there’s one or two items you particularly fancy.
Regarding links in a new window. It’s more of a UX standard to allow the user to decide how to control links. I personally CMD+Click links I want to open separately, whereas if they did it automatically it would annoy people who hate their browser being hijacked with loads of tabs!
