It turns out wolves are a popular subject for artists and illustrators, but that’s no surprise when you consider these magnificent creatures have been depicted in mythology and folklore throughout history. In today’s inspiration showcase I present a variety of ferocious art and design pieces that feature wolves, ranging from detailed paintings to stylistic illustrations. Admire the variety of artistic styles from these talented artists.

  1. These are just so awesome! I’m going to send this link to my daughter who is an art student right now, she has always drawn and painted wolves from when she was very little, just as good as these (in my humble opinion, LOL) she will love this.. Thanks for sharing!

  2. Pretty awful stuff in this list.

Imagine if this was a list depicting humans – the most dangerous animal on Earth, by far. Would 80% of the drawings show how evil and ugly and dangerous people are? Not likely, but well-deserved.

Wolves are not bad. They are endangered because of stupid stuff like this.
