This week, Access All Areas members are being treated to a new watercolour themed design resource courtesy of Katia from The Little Cloud. Go Floral! is a bundle of hand painted watercolour clip art, featuring 40 individual flowers and leaves, each 5-10″ big at 300dpi, along with 7 prearranged floral posies, 3 floral frames and a bonus wreath. Every graphic comes as a transparent PNG file, making them easy to use and compatible with all kinds of image editing software.
Access All Areas members have a fantastic set of textures to download this week, courtesy of GhostlyPixels. These 10 vintage fabric textures cover a range of textiles from denim varieties to standard t-shirt material, they are all high quality full page images available in both vector EPS and transparent PNG formats. Use them to add some good old vintage flavour to your designs in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop and most other design and image editing software.
This set of texture graphics is MAGIC… Well not really, but kind of! If you’re an Adobe Illustrator fan I’m sure you love creating vector art. It can be scaled to any size and it’s easy to change the fill colour, unlike raster images. Unfortunately when it comes to textures, thousands of tiny vector paths and points can soon bog down your system, but what if there was a magical CPU friendly raster texture that was just as versatile as your favourite vector graphics? Introducing my Magic Bitmap Textures for Adobe Illustrator.
This week, Access All Areas members have a brilliant collection of vector graphics to download courtesy of Simon Birky Hartmann from The Shop. These eighteen vector line constructions have been reproduced from an illustration plate taken from a late 1800s book about gemstone cutting. They provide beautiful, and sometimes intricate, line work overlays for photos, but can also be centrepieces in their own right. The pack includes five versions of the gems; individual line segments, connected stroked shapes, clean compound shapes, lightly aged compound shapes, and heavily shapes compound shapes.
The latest premium download for Access All Areas members is a great design resource from Freepik to make use of during the festive period. This Christmas Flower & Wreath collection contains 7 vector illustrations in AI and EPS format, with a mix of single colour and full colour artworks. They make fantastic decorative elements for your Christmas related designs, although the individual flower graphic could also be used to create elegant designs all year round for weddings and rustic themed projects.
I was breaking up a couple of wooden pallets recently, and whilst gazing upon the pile of scrap wood I was hit by a flash of inspiration to transform the planks into design resources for the world to use in their digital artwork! So I’ve been busy capturing, equalizing and processing the dirt and wood grain into a set of vector textures for you to download. Use them as backgrounds to your designs, or paste them into an Opacity Mask in Adobe Illustrator to apply the grungy marks to any element for the popular distressed look.
